Stadler Form in the UAE

stadlerform.ae is the Stadler Form online store for the United Arab Emirates. The range is held in stock locally, prices are in AED, and orders are delivered across the Emirates. Distribution, service and support in the UAE are provided by PRO TECHnology (Pro Technology Co. L.L.C.), the company Stadler Form AG lists as its distributor for the United Arab Emirates. That means the brand you buy from here is supported by a local team rather than an overseas one.

Warranty, service and support in Dubai

Every product bought here carries a UAE warranty: two years as standard, and five years on the Lukas Pro. Repairs, spare parts and filter advice are handled by our own service centre and engineers in Dubai rather than sent abroad. The team is at 204 Aswar Building, Business Bay, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, on +971 4 343 5501 or at orders@stadlerform.ae – see the contact page for the enquiry form. Orders received Sunday to Thursday are normally dispatched the next business day, shipping is free on orders of AED 150 or more, and there is a 15-day return window; the full terms are on the shipping and returns page.
