Connect your appliance to the Stadler Form app
Wi-Fi models are controlled through the free Stadler Form app: you can read the humidity, start or stop the appliance and set a timer from anywhere. The app connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only, so a 5 GHz network or a combined 2.4/5 GHz network has to be split first.

Warranty and repairs in the UAE
Every appliance bought here carries a two-year UAE warranty, and Lukas Pro carries five years as a Pro Series appliance. Repairs, spare parts and filter advice are handled by our own service centre and engineers in Dubai rather than sent abroad. Delivery, returns and refunds
Orders received Sunday to Thursday are normally dispatched the next business day, most UAE deliveries arrive within one to three business days, shipping is free on orders of AED 150 or more, and there is a 15-day return window. The full terms are in our shipping, returns and refunds policy.
