Can Lukas Pro purify the air without dehumidifying?
Yes. Dehumidification can be switched off while air purification remains in use.
That flexibility matters because your needs can change. You may want both functions during a humid period, then continue filtering particles when additional moisture removal is unnecessary.
The built-in particle sensor also provides a colour-coded air-quality indication. Humidity control and particle monitoring relate to different aspects of the room’s air; one reading should not be treated as a substitute for the other.
A 50L combination appliance: understand the two capacity ratings
Lukas Pro has a rated maximum extraction capacity of 50 litres per day, with published dehumidification coverage of up to 175 m². The daily extraction figure is a test-condition rating, not a promise that every room will produce 50 litres of collected water each day.
The purification specification is separate: a clean air delivery rate of 327 m³/h, which corresponds to approximately one air change per hour in a room up to 131 m². The larger dehumidification area is not the purifier’s coverage figure.

Where does the two-in-one concept make sense?
