Stadler Form Albert: quiet, simple 20-litre dehumidification
Albert removes up to 20 litres a day and is rated for rooms up to 70 m² (175 m³). What sets it apart is noise: at 33–44 dB(A) it is the quietest of the three, with a night mode for bedrooms. It has an integrated hygrostat so it holds a set humidity level, a digital 24-hour timer, a swing function, a 4.6-litre tank with carrying handle and automatic shut-off, and a drainage hose for continuous operation. Power consumption is 270 W and it carries a two-year warranty.

Stadler Form Lukas: the smart 20-litre dehumidifier for apartments
Lukas has the same 20 L/day capacity and 70 m² rating as Albert but adds the smart features: Wi-Fi and the Stadler Form app for remote control and schedules, a laundry-drying mode that uses the swing function to dry washing indoors, four power levels, a child lock and a defrost function. Noise is 38–52 dB(A) with a night mode; the tank holds 5.2 litres, a drainage hose is included and power consumption is 260 W. Warranty is two years. Lukas can also function as an air purifier when equipped with the compatible HEPA H11 filter, sold separately or bundled as Lukas Smart.

Stadler Form Lukas Pro: the 50-litre 2-in-1 for large spaces
Lukas Pro is a different size category. Rated extraction is up to 50 litres a day and the room rating is 175 m² (435 m³) – roughly a villa ground floor, a full-floor apartment or a large open-plan office. A HEPA H11 filter is included and, as an air purifier, it delivers 327 CADR, enough to exchange the air in a 131 m² room once per hour. It runs at 38–55 dB(A) with a night mode from 38 dB, has Wi-Fi and app control, a laundry mode, a 5.2-litre tank and an included hose for continuous drainage, and draws 545 W. As a Pro Series device it carries a five-year warranty.
Choose Lukas Pro when the space is much larger than 70 m², when several rooms open into each other, when the humidity load is heavy (coastal, ground floor, basement) or when you want dehumidification and air purification in one appliance. 20 litres or 50 litres: how to decide
Start with the manufacturer’s rated room size, not the litres. A 20-litre-class unit is rated for up to 70 m²; a 50-litre-class unit for up to 175 m². Then add up the connected space: an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area of 100 m² is one volume, and it is already beyond a 20-litre rating. Finally, consider the load – a coastal plot, a ground floor, a laundry room or a pool house adds moisture faster than a fifth-floor bedroom.
Bigger is not automatically better. A 50-litre unit in a 15 m² bedroom is unnecessary: it is larger, heavier and uses more power for a room a 20-litre unit handles comfortably. The reverse is the common mistake in villas, where a 20-litre unit runs continuously and never reaches the target.
